In this 45 minute reading-motivation spectacle, explore the power of books as Rudy accidentally sends Peek-A-Boo The Bunny back in time 100 years. Enjoy biographies as a drawn picture of Abraham Lincoln comes to life and talks! Explore geography as the young people try to locate a missing Waldo! Rediscover instructional books as participants from the audience magically make flowers grow, paint a picture and make a real live bunny appear! All this to teach that true magic lies in the ability to read! 45 minutes.

Join famed bookologist "Idaho Rudy" as he ventures into the educational riches of his library. Peek-A-Boo the Bunny has been kidnapped by the evil Dr. Iggy Norants, and it's up to Rudy (and your kids) to find the key that unlocks the chains of Iggy Norants! Snakes rise and children spy as the treasures of the local library are discovered and uncovered in this reading-motivation spectacular!

The CELEBRATE READING Show In this age of cable and video, young people can use the reminder that reading is both rewarding and fun! This reading "party," that is, "program," emphasizes the important message that reading is an extremely FUN pastime. Your young people will meet Reed The Talking Book, Air Head Rudy, The Great American Book Quiz and lots of amazing reading-themed magic and ventriloquism.  They will participate in the program as magical helpers up on stage and from their seats. Sponsor this party-themed reading program and your young people will not only be motivated to read, they will learn the importance of turning off the TV and turning on to the thrill of books! 45 minutes.

The ART of VENTRILOQUISM "What kind of computer runs Rudy?" is a question often heard. Ventriloquism is as old as the pyramids, yet many people today just don't understand exactly how ventriloquism is accomplished. This enlightening, educational and entertaining program focuses on the long, colorful history of ventriloquism, famous ventriloquists, the art forms ventriloquism combines and how it is "magically" performed. Laughter explodes as even a child or parent becomes a living "dummy." If you want your young people exposed to an incredible performing art, this is an educational presentation that everyone will enjoy! 45 minutes.

The GHOULS, GOBLINS & GIGGLES Show! This hilarious Halloween haunting comically reminds young people that the biggest "treat" at Halloween is "playing it safe!" Rudy even arrives to use the letters in the word TREAT to remind young goblins about “Going Together,” "What to wear," "How to walk," ”Inspecting Your Candy,” and "Safe Trick or Treating." Dracula’s coffin holds a comical surprise and even Peek-A-Boo the Bunny gets in a funny ghostly appearance. A fun-filled show that teaches an important October message.  

The JINGLE BELL MAGIC Show ! Snow! Trees! Twinkling Lights! Around the holidays, there's magic in the air! Whether used as a seasonal reward or as a preview of holiday cheer, no one will leave this Winter Wonderland program without appreciating the real spirit of giving and the people around them a little more! Your young people will witness a color-changing snowman, a hilarious search for a reindeers missing red nose, milk magically turning to “snow” on an audience-member’s head and much, much more! Rudy joins the cheer and a Bunny magically appears in this great December treat!

The ALL-AROUND, SAFE & SOUND Show ! This fun-filled program is designed to give kids a helping hand in teaching basic safety rules and stranger-abduction prevention. As safety is always an important topic, this program can be tailored to your communities needs.  Topics can include Fire, Bicycle, Pedestrian, Bus, Vandalism, Etc.  A wonderful way for your library to reach out and enhance your local community!
